It’s Whatever Wednesday. What’s on my mind today? Tinder. The app seems superficial, but let me be the first to say it’s beyond entertaining, so here are my do’s and dont’s for using the popular dating app.

Everyone who follows here and reblogs this post by August 1st 2014 at 11:59 p.m. eastern time will have their URL written in the Project Pass It On book. Read on to find out why this is a kinda cool thing.
*Please note that for this to happen this post must get at least 200 notes so spread the word!
What is Project Pass It On?
Project Pass It On (PPIO) aims to remind people that life is about living and not just sitting behind a computer screen or a desk. I’m an internet kid, but sometimes my mind wanders back to a simpler time, a time when I wasn’t an internet kid, when I was just a kid. When I liked doing crafts and playing outside, when I dreamed of all the wondrous things I would do when I grew up. Well now I’m grown up and the closest I’ve gotten to doing some of those wondrous things I dreamed about is reblogging a photo of other people doing that thing. This project’s goal is to get us internet kids out and accomplishing something we’ve always wanted to do, it’s goal is to remind us of a time when we were just kids, not internet kids.
How Does it Work?
1. If you reblog this one day you’ll receive the PPIO binder. When you do, go out and do something you’ve always wanted to do. Take a picture of yourself doing that thing. It can be as simple as tye-dying a t-shirt or as extravagant as visiting the Eiffel Tower. Create a scrapbook page with that photo for the binder. Add a caption about what you’re doing, a little blurb about yourself, decorate the page, and don’t forget to write your URL somewhere. *Note you MUST decorate it by hand. No computer stuff (other than the photo.) This project is all about taking a break from technology for a bit.
2. After you’ve done that you can return to the internet. Tweet about what you did for your page or Instagram or tweet the photo you took, you could even tweet a picture of your page, or you with the binder, it doesn’t matter, just make sure to add the hashtag #projectpassiton. I guarantee I’ll retweet it.
3. Next go through the URL’s in the front of the book and message one of them asking if they’d like to receive the Project Pass It On Book. Determine where they’d like it sent and send it off so that person can accomplish something on their bucket list. (Those URLs will be the URLs of whoever reblogs this.)
Want to be the first one to receive it?
There are two things you have to do:
1. Tweet what you would go out and do if you received the Project Pass It On binder and make sure to include the hashtag #projectpassiton.
2. Follow me on Twitter here to keep up with the latest PPIO news.
I’ll be going through the tweets August 1st, 2014 to pick out my favorite one and that person will be the first recipient of the book!
For updates on the book’s status/location you can follow my blog here, my twitter here or my instagram @morgannncook. If you have any questions my ask is always open!
